Optimizing Your Performance
You’re in business for yourself, but not by yourself! After opening, the Franchise Operations Support team will be your primary point of contact. Your representative will work with your management team to maximize the results of your Alamo Drafthouse. We’ll use tools that include unit performance updates, Net Promoter Score (or “NPS”) tracking, ongoing training, and operational coaching.
Additionally, the Alamo Programming and Promotions team will provide a monthly packet with film recommendations. As part of the venue’s marketing fund contribution, the Marketing team will develop and implement national programs to drive awareness and traffic to your local venue. You will also have access to our centralized Creative resources to develop additional local materials as needed. The Sales team will consult with your on-site team to develop private event strategies to fill your venue during non-peak times.
